Who we are

Y Partners Ltd is based in Hamilton, Bermuda. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us at hello@y.partners. Our Privacy Officer is responsible for how we handle personal information and can be reached at hello@y.partners.

What we collect

Information you give us through forms on this site, including event requests: your name, contact details, organisation, role, LinkedIn profile, where you are based, and the answers you give us.

Technical information such as your IP address, which we use for security and to limit repeated or automated submissions.

Why we use it

To review event requests, administer events, and contact you about a request. Only where you have opted in, we also use it to tell you about future events.

The basis for using it

Your consent, which you give when you submit a request, and our legitimate purposes in running the events you ask to join.

Who we share it with

Our service providers, acting on our instructions: our CRM provider HubSpot, our email provider Resend, and our hosting provider Lovable. Their infrastructure may be outside Bermuda. We require them to protect your information to a standard comparable to PIPA. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Event requests are kept for up to two years after the event, then deleted or anonymised. Marketing contact details are kept until you withdraw your consent.

Your rights under PIPA

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email our Privacy Officer at hello@y.partners. We will reply within the time PIPA requires.
