Stafford has significant experience that spans global Capital Markets executive search, in house HR and Operations Management. He has also held the role of Chief of Staff and Member of the Management Board at a high-profile, regulated digital asset exchange.
His experience working at 4 fast growing fintech companies in multiple senior management capacities enables him to work closely with the executive management teams at our clients to help plan how to build and scale their organizations.
